Mrs. Ugalde has been a school counselor since 2007 and has worked at both the middle & high school level. She received her Bachelor’s degree at UCR in Psychology, her Masters of Science degree in Counseling Psychology at Cal Baptist University and her PPS credential at The University of Redlands. Mrs. Ugalde is passionate about empowering her students to be the best version of themselves and fulfill their purpose in this world. She also teaches yoga and is offering classes in The Nest (please email her if you are interested). Mrs. Ugalde loves her job but when she is not working, she is usually doing something outdoors like running, hiking, scuba diving or yoga.
Mr. Tran has worked in education since 2013 and has been a school counselor since 2021. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology at UCLA and a Master of Science in School Counseling and PPS Credential at Cal Baptist University. Having Riverside, CA as his hometown, he has gone through the K-12 education in Alvord Unified School District. He is always looking to help students within the same community where he was raised reach their full potential. When Mr. Tran is not working, you can expect him to be in the gym, playing games, cooking a delicious meal, or catching up on the backlog of shows that he has in his queue.
Mrs. Reyes has been working in education since 2013 and began her journey as a school counselor in 2020. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Pepperdine University and completed her Master of Science in School Counseling, with PPS Credential, at California Baptist University. As a proud graduate of Alvord Unified School District, Mrs. Reyes is passionate about giving back to the same community that shaped her. When she’s not supporting students, you can find her curling up with a book, taking long walks with her husband and dogs, sipping on matcha, planning her next travel adventure, or tending her digital farm on Stardew Valley.
Mrs. Jaime has been supporting students and families since 2006, working as a Marriage and Family Therapist, before transitioning into school counseling in 2014. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University. She later pursued her Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential in School Counseling through the University of Redlands. Outside of school, Mrs. Jaime loves spending time with her husband and two kids, reading a good book, biking, baking sweet treats, watching movies, traveling, and relaxing with a few funny TikTok videos.
