THE BASICS

Location: Uzhhorod, Ukraine. 

Nearest airport is Kosice International Airport (KSC), Slovakia. However, you could also fly to either Budapest, Hungary, or Krakow, Poland. 

Cost: Free! We provide 3 meals a day on each working day and accommodation for the duration of your stay. Volunteers are responsible for all other expenses, including travel and food on non-working days.

Work Days: 5.5 days a week ( Monday - Saturday lunchtime )

Arrival Days: Mondays only

Time Commitment: 2 weeks minimum

Accommodation: We provide communal-style co-ed living accommodation in bunk beds.

Meals:  Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided during work days. Vegetarian diets can be accommodated upon request,  but any other dietary preferences (vegan, gluten-free, etc.) might need to be self-supplemented.

WiFi: We do not provide Wi-Fi on base. Volunteers should expect to purchase a local SIM card and data plan, which can be bought in the local town.

Access: Nearby conveniences such as groceries, restaurants, ATMs, etc. are readily available.
