The schedule below will run for the duration of the program, which is slated to run until December 10th, 2024, excluding scheduled breaks and national holidays.
Monday to Friday - Work days
Saturdays and Sundays - Days off
Below is a general idea of what our daily schedule will look like. Please note this is subject to change .
*Occasionally, volunteers will need to leave as early as 7 AM, depending on their work site.*
6:00 AM - Quiet Hours End (7 AM on Saturday and Sunday mornings)
6 AM-7:00 AM - Breakfast, Get ready for work
7 AM- 7:45 AM - Workday Starts, volunteers roll out
11 AM-Noon (ish)- Lunch
3 PM- Wrap Up Work for the Day
4 PM- Volunteer Meeting
6:30/7 PM (ish) - Dinner Time
9:00 PM- Quiet Hours & Lights Out (10 PM on Friday and Saturday)
9:00 PM- Curfew (10 PM on Friday and Saturday)
Quiet hours Sunday evening through Thursday evening: 9 PM- 6 AM
Quiet hours on Friday and Saturday: 10 PM- 7 AM
On these days you will be given a day off of work. We will not be scheduling arrivals on these days to allow for all staff to receive a day off as well. Please note, that you are welcome to stay on base for these holidays.
September 2nd- Labor Day
October 14th- Indigenous Peoples' Day
November 11th- Veteran's Day
November 28th- Thanksgiving
We anticipate that the program will run from October 2nd, 2023 until March 21st, 2025. This is a subject to be changed. There is a possibility of extending if there is a need and if we have enough resources and financial capacity.
