If needed, remove attendee from the situation to have 1:1 talk to increase communication effectiveness
Start with assuring what your role is
Point them to the rules established
Read the mindset of people
Many of the people who come are not regular - if they are usual attendees, they will know the kind of environment expected in Al-Hidaya. So excuse them for not knowing
They may find it embarassing to be corrected. We can begin by reminding the attendees of the rule and how we operate in the masjid
Attendees each come with their culture

Al-Hidaya will set some basic rules and announce it everyday in different languages - either verbally or post on walls
The manners of how younger people speak to older group really matters, pay close attention to your tone

Utilize the chain of command and escalation established
If attendee(s) continues exhibiting behavior inconsistent with the etiquettes expected in masjid, escalate to any of the supervisors
Supervisor and Security designate will handle the situation from thereon, you are not expected to take any further action on your own
You are there to only facilitate the operation, and not to face or resolve any resistance
