Lay out floor seating and chairs/tables for elders
Prepare water cups and dates plates

6 servers for each serving table for each of 3 tables on each side - male and female = 18 male servers & 18 female servers

3 volunteers will be needed to maintain lines for each serving tables
2 volunteers on each male and female side to guard the musalla's door to avoid attendees to bring food into musalla

All iftar crew will help with iftar clean ups
