Commonly Asked Senior Questions

1. How do I get a Verification of Enrollment for a driver's license?  Go to your attendance clerk and request a VOE.  It takes 24 hours to process.

2. I'm having trouble with my rapid identity, what do I do?  Go to the library and they can help get it fixed.

3. How much are tickets to prom?  Tickets vary depending on cookie dough sales.  This information will be released in April.

4. How do I get a cap and gown?  Cap and gowns are ordered through Jostens.  They will be here on select date throughout the fall to take orders.  Those dates will be posted on the calendar above.  If you miss those dates you will need to go to the Josten's website to order.

5. How do I get cords for graduation?  Cords are given out by individual organizations.  For example, if you are in honor society they will give you your cord, if you pass a certification test at CTC they will give you your cord.  The only cords given out by the counseling office are honors cords.  In order to receive an honors cord you must have a 10.00 or higher GPA overall on the Cross the Stage Rank.

6. When does the Cross the Stage Rank come out?  Cross the Stage rank is released sometime in early May.  Students will be notified by the counseling department of the date and it will be posted on the calendar above.

7. When will we know when graduation is going to be?  As soon as the district releases the date the information will be put on the calendar above.

8. How can I get my GPA on a 4.0 scale for colleges?  The 4.0 scaled GPA is on your transcript.  You can ask your counselor for this information or request a transcript. Directions to request a transcript are on the transcript page of this website.
