The latest version of the NWEA MAP Secure Testing app will automatically be installed on your iPad.
If you need to update or reinstall the app, you can do so using "Manager" on your iPad. Open Manager and search for NWEA MAP, then re-install or update the app.
If you are new to AIS and your iPad has not yet been enrolled in our MDM system, please email techsupport@ais.edu.hk with your name, your grade level, and your student ID number, and a description of the problem.
Go to the Readiness Check webpage at check.nwea.org again.
The Readiness Check will run automatically.
If your device still does not pass the readiness check and you have made ALL of the above adjustments, email techsupport@ais.edu.hk with your name, your grade level, and your student ID number, and a description (or screenshot) of the problem.
Update your iPadOS by going to Settings, tapping "General," and then "Software Update."
Make sure all updates are fully installed before you move to the next step.

If you are getting a Screen Resolution error, you don't need to change any settings!
Simply turn your iPad so that it is horizontal (landscape mode) instead of vertical (portrait mode).
Note that the MAP app cannot display correctly in vertical/portrait mode.
