Elementary students have been exploring the elements of art through a range of genres, materials and topics throughout the year. Students have experimented with the use of three dimensional materials such as clay and plaster and explored a variety of mediums and techniques such as acrylic paint, water colour, rubber block carving, soft pastels, collage and more!
They have learnt about various art movements such as Pop Art and Op Art and have been inspired by many traditional and contemporary artists. They have been honing their skills with enthusiasm and are always open to a challenge to further their expertise. AIS students have displayed fantastic creativity and a love of Art throughout the year.
