Jazz Band

This is the highest level band in the Doering School. It's an awesome band that truly rocks! The music is more difficult but also more rewards and filled with new experiences. Jazz Band is open to dedicated 6th grade band members willing to participate in another ensemble to learn how to play different styles of music: latin, swing, blues, funk, and rock. The Jazz band goes on tour to the Elementary Schools in June. That trip is a great time. Jazz band tryouts will be held in January.
