 The tasks and responsibilities among the Partners

Responsibilities of the  Coodinator Institution; Trabzon Provincial Directorate of National Education

• To revise and improve the plans for the realization of the Project,

• To prepare a program for project activities,

• To form a team with the project partners so that the activities can be implemented in a quality way,

• To coordinate communication and cooperation between partners,

• To ensure balance and harmony between partners during activities,

• To take the necessary measures to carry out the project activities in accordance with the determined time schedule,

• To create the website of the project, checking its content and uploading the necessary documents,

• To conduct the work and procedures for spending and documenting the project budget in accordance with the program rules

Responsibilities of all partners of the project;

• Work together with the coordinator institution for the implementation of project activities and ensure coordination

• Apply the materials, lesson plans and educational activities to be developed within the scope of the project in English lessons (Except Universities)

• Prepare suitable environments and create the necessary infrastructure for students to  gain knowledge, skills and competence

• Disseminate project products, results, experiences and impact at local and national level.

• University partners are responsible for assessment and evaluation studies (To prepare surveys such as pre and post-test, observation forms or satisfaction surveys..)
