Which Program is Right For Me?
HS Diploma or GED Certificate Required
Must pass an Aptitude Test (Score 5 of 9 Pts)
Four-Years of Classes (720 hours)
Minimum of 8,000 hours on-the-job training
Class one day every-other-week (7am-3pm)
Upon Completion
Department of Labor & Electrical Training Alliance
Journey-Level Electrician Certification
HS Diploma or GED Certificate Required
Must pass an Aptitude Test (Score 5 of 9 Pts)
Three-Years of Classes (540 hours)
Minimum of 4,800 hours on-the-job training
Class one day every-other-week (7am-3pm)
Upon Completion

Installer-Technician Certification
No experience or academic credentials required for entry as a CW1
1 – 4 years of documented & demonstrated experience required for entry as a CW2 – CW5
5 or more years of documented & demonstrated experience required for entry as a CE1 – CE3
8 levels of Classes (CWCE Curriculum)
Minimum of 12,000 hours on-the-job training
Classes in the evenings from 5pm – 8pm
Upon Completion: Electrical Training Alliance Journey-Level Electrician Certification
