Entre os dias 12 e 14 de maio, recebemos com grande entusiasmo duas professoras do CEIP Luís Seoane, da Galiza, no âmbito de uma atividade de Job Shadowing.
From 12 to 14 May, we enthusiastically welcomed two teachers from CEIP Luís Seoane, from Galicia, as part of a Job-Shadowing activity.
As visitantes tiveram a oportunidade de conhecer várias das nossas escolas, observar aulas e contactar com diferentes metodologias de ensino e estratégias pedagógicas, sobretudo no que diz respeito à inclusão e às atividades do Eco-Escolas e Escola Azul do nosso agrupamento. A visita decorreu de forma muito positiva e proporcionou momentos de partilha e reflexão entre colegas de ambos os países.
Os professores envolvidos com grande profissionalismo e espírito de colaboração, contribuíram para criar um ambiente acolhedor, dinâmico e verdadeiramente europeu.
Seguimos juntos, a construir pontes e a aprender além-fronteiras!
The visitors had the opportunity to get to know several of our schools, observe lessons and get to know different teaching methodologies and pedagogical strategies, especially with regard to inclusion and our Eco-Schools and Blue School activities. The visit went very well and provided moments of sharing and reflection between colleagues from both countries.
The teachers involved, with great professionalism and a spirit of collaboration, contributed to creating a welcoming, dynamic and truly European environment.
We continue to build bridges and learn across borders!
Acolhimento de colegas lituanos em mobilidades de Job-Shadowing / Hosting Lithuanian colleagues in Job-Shadowing mobility 19-22.05.2024
No seguimento do percurso de internacionalização do nosso Agrupamento, entre 19 e 22 de março de 2024, o AEIP irá receber três elementos de uma escola Lituana (uma professora de Educacão Especial, uma professora do 2.ºano e a Coordenadora da Administração e Projetos) em atividade de Job-Shadowing em Portugal para perceberem como integramos os alunos com necessidades específicas. Agradece-se a colaboração de todos os envolvidos, professores e elementos da EMAEI.
Com os colegas Lituanos estará sempre alguém da equipa Erasmus (e se possível da EMAEI) para fazer a ligação. No dia da receção, será cantado o hino do agrupamento com a colaboração de todas as turmas. Nas diferentes escolas, quando chegam os visitantes, é importante a mobilização inicial das coordenadoras para que os estabelecimentos sejam mostrados por quem melhor os conhece.
Following on from the internationalisation of our school, between 19th and 22nd March 2024, the AEIP will host three members of a Lithuanian school (a Special Education teacher, a 2nd-grade teacher, and the Administration and Projects Coordinator) on a Job-Shadowing activity in Portugal to find out how we integrate students with specific needs. The collaboration of all those involved, teachers and EMAEI team staff, is gratefully acknowledged.
There will always be someone from the Erasmus team (and if possible from EMAEI) to liaise with Lithuanian colleagues.
On the day of the reception, the school anthem will be sung with the collaboration of all the classes.
In the different schools, when visitors arrive, the different school coordinators are going to be involved so that the establishments are shown by those who know them best.

A AEIP recebeu três colegas lituanos em mobilidade de Job-Shadowing ao abrigo do Programa Erasmus+. Vindos da @herojus_school em Kaunas, a nossa escola foi mais uma vez uma fonte de inspiração durante 4 dias! A semana de 19 a 22 de março foi intensa, cheia de atividades e os professores lituanos foram muito bem recebidos com música, boa disposição, abraços e sorrisos em todas as escolas do AEIP que visitaram.
AEIP welcomed three Lithuanian colleagues on Job-Shadowing mobility under the Erasmus+ Programme. Coming from @herojus_school in Kaunas, our school was once again a source of inspiration for 4 days! The week from 19th to 22nd March was intense, full of activities and the Lithuanian teachers were warmly welcomed with music, good humour, hugs and smiles at all the AEIP schools they visited.

Acolhimento de professores Espanhóis em mobilidades de Job-Shadowing / Hosting Spanish teachers in Job-Shadowing mobility

Está também confirmada a visita de professores espanhóis durante o mês de maio, também em mobilidade de Job-Shadowing ao nosso agrupamento, no seguimento do acolhimento que fizeram ao nosso último grupo de professores em Badajoz, Espanha.
Esta visita ocorrerá entre 7 e 13 de maio e serão entre 3 os professores espanhóis que acolheremos.
A receção destes colegas será maioritariamente feita pelos colegas que os visitaram.
A visit by Spanish teachers has also been confirmed for May, also for Job-Shadowing mobility to our school grouping, following the welcome they gave to our last group of teachers in Badajoz, Spain.
This visit will take place between 7 and 13 May and we will welcome 3 Spanish teachers.
The reception of these colleagues will be mainly done by the colleagues who visited them!

Mais uma vez o AEIP acolheu de braços abertos três professoras espanholas em mobilidade de Job-Shadowing no âmbito do Programa Erasmus+. Provenientes do CEIP Santa Marina de Badajoz (que tão bem acolheu os nossos professores entre 29 de janeiro e 5 de fevereiro de 2023), o nosso Agrupamento foi de novo fonte de inspiração durante 5 dias!
Once again AEIP welcomed three Spanish teachers in Job-Shadowing mobility under the Erasmus+ Programme. Coming from CEIP Santa Marina in Badajoz (which welcomed our teachers from 29 January to 5 February 2023), our school was once again a source of inspiration for 5 days!
O 1ºdia contou com a receção na escola sede feita por alunos do 5.º e 6.ºanos através do hino do Agrupamento, uma mesa redonda para esclarecimento de dúvidas sobre o nosso sistema de ensino, uma visita guiada ao JI EB1,2,3 Irmãos Passos, um almoço convívio no "Sou Capaz" com a presença de alunos e a passagem por uma aula de Música do Ensino Articulado.
The first day included a welcome at the main school by 5th and 6th-grade students with the school anthem, a round table to clarify doubts about our educational system, a guided tour of the JI and EB1,2,3 Irmãos Passos, a lunch at "Sou Capaz" with the presence of students and a visit to an Articulated Music teaching class.

No segundo dia de atividades, as professoras assistiram a aulas dos colegas que tinham visitado o CEIP Santa Marina, tendo permanecido toda a manhã na Escola Básica Irmãos Passos. À tarde foi tempo de visitar o Terminal de Cruzeiros do Porto de Leixões!
On the second day of activities, the teachers attended the classes of colleagues who had previously visited the CEIP Santa Marina, having stayed all morning at Escola Básica Irmãos Passos. In the afternoon it was time to visit the Cruise Terminal at the Port of Leixões!

Dia 10 de maio foi um dia repleto de atividades! Logo cedo, fomos recebidos na EB de Custoias numa aula de Música que também envolveu as convidadas que, depois do intervalo e contacto com novos professores, assistiram a uma aula de Matemática do 5ºano sobre Estatística - numa dinâmica de grupo muito bem conseguida em articulação com a solidariedade dos nossos alunos SUC!
Na chegada à Escola Básica de Santiago, as convidadas assistiram a uma dinâmica de trabalho de uma sala do pré escolar e visitaram todas as instalações da escola.
De regresso ÈB Irmãos Passos, participaram nas atividades da Escola Ativa/Desporto Escolar, na Escalada e Basquetebol, tendo-lhe sido explicado o funcionamento das atividades extra curriculares desportivas no AEIP.
The 10th of May was a day full of activities! Early on, we were welcomed at EB Custoias in a Music class that also involved the guests who, after the break and contact with new teachers, attended a 5th-grade Math class about Statistics - in a very successful group dynamic in articulation with the solidarity of our SUC students!
On arrival at Santiago Basic School, the guests observed the work of a preschool class and visited all the school facilities.
On their return to Irmãos Passos School, they participated in the activities of the "Escola Ativa/Desporto Escolar", in Climbing and Basketball, having been explained the functioning of the extracurricular sports activities at AEIP.

A EB da Quinta do Vieira acolheu as nossas convidadas com uma linda receção com dança e música tradicional portuguesa à entrada da escola. Aqui assistimos a um pedaço de aula do 2ºano, ao MICLE Project runned by a pshychologist which develops emergent literacy skills with children flagged by educators, convivemos com os professores da escola num agradável lanche, visitamos as instalações, presenceamos a intervenção da educadora social no projeto DROPI no 1ºano e, por fim, assistimos a uma aula de Inglês no 4ºano.
Quinta do Vieira School welcomed our guests with a beautiful reception with a traditional Portuguese dance and music at the school entrance. Here we attended a class of the 2nd grade, the MICLE Project run by the psychologists which develops emergent literacy skills with children flagged by educators, had a nice snack with the school teachers, visited the facilities, witnessed the intervention of the social educator in the 1st grade with the DROPI Project and, finally, watched an English class in the 4th grade.

No último dia de atividades, visitamos a EB da Lomba onde fomos mais uma vez vez bem recebidos com uma coreografia e música das crianças. Assistimos ao Projeto "Histórias para todos" no 1º e 4º anos. Por fim, avaliamos as atividades desenvolvidas ao longo da semana e fez-se a entrega dos certificados na presença do Diretor do AEIP, Paulo Gaspar.
No final do dia, as colegas espanholas tiveram a oportunidade única de assistir à apresentação da "Via Pedagógica Jorge Sampaio", fruto do trabalho desenvolvido por alunos do Agrupamento, e a uma palestra com o ilustre Historiador Português Joel Cleto, na presença da Presidente da Câmara Municipal de Matosinhos, Dra. Luísa Salgueiro, o Vice-Presidente, Carlos Mouta e o Vereador da Educação, António Correia Pinto.
On the last day of activities, we visited the Lomba Primary School where we were once again welcomed by the children. We watched the Project "Histórias para Todos" in the 1st and 4th Grades. Finally, we made the assessment of all activities and delivered the certificates in the presence of the Principal of AEIP, Paulo Gaspar.
At the end of the day, the Spanish colleagues had the unique opportunity to attend the presentation of the "Via Pedagógica Jorge Sampaio", the result of the work developed by our students, and a lecture with the illustrious Portuguese historian Joel Cleto, in the presence of the Mayor of Matosinhos, Dr. Luísa Salgueiro, the Deputy Mayor of Matosinhos, Carlos Amorim da Mouta and the Councillor for Education, António Correia Pinto.
Acolhimento de professores belgas em mobilidades de Job-Shadowing / Hosting Belgian teachers in Job-Shadowing mobility

No seguimento de um pedido dirigido pela nossa Agência Nacional Erasmus em finais de outubro do ano passado a agrupamentos ou coordenadores de consórcios de escolas com boas práticas ao nível da educação especial, que tenham possibilidade de mostrar, nos vários níveis de ensino, a implementação das nossas práticas, foi remetido à coordenadora de projetos Erasmus dos AEIP um email de 7 professores de educação especial, de diferentes escolas belgas, que gostariam de fazer uma atividade de job shadowing em Portugal para perceberem como integramos os alunos com necessidades específicas, pois na Bélgica, estes alunos frequentam escolas especiais.
O estabelecimento de redes de escolas Erasmus+, que enviam e acolhem participantes de outros países, é uma prioridade do Programa, por isso torna-se importante também nós fazermos o que sabemos para mostrarmos as nossas boas práticas.
A este pedido o AEIP respondeu afirmativamente.
Depois da troca de vários emails, os colegas belgas ficaram interessados em visitar o nosso agrupamento.
Recentemente, depois de acordada a data (17 a 20 de abril), passou-se à delineação do plano geral de visita e, em reunião da EMAEI, elaborou-se um plano mais detalhado com a indicação das aulas/visitas a efetuar e professores/crianças envolvidas.
Com os professores belgas estará sempre alguém da equipa Erasmus (e se possível da EMAEI) para fazer a ligação.
No dia da receção, será cantado o hino do agrupamento com a colaboração de todas as turmas.
Nas diferentes escolas, quando chegarem os visitantes, é importante a mobilização das coordenadoras e professores para que os estabelecimentos sejam mostrados por quem melhor os conhece!
Following a request addressed by our Erasmus National Agency at the end of October last year to groups or consortium coordinators of schools with good practices in special needs education at the various educational levels, an email from 7 special education teachers, from different Belgian schools, who would like to do a job shadowing activity in Portugal to understand how we integrate students with specific needs (in Belgium, these students attend special schools) was sent to the AEIP Erasmus project coordinator.
The networking of Erasmus+ schools, which send and receive participants from other countries, is a priority of the Programme, so it is important that we also do what we know to show our good practices.
To this request AEIP answered affirmatively.
After exchanging several emails, the Belgian colleagues were interested in visiting our school.
Recently, after the date was agreed (17th to 20th April), the general plan of the visit was outlined and, in a meeting of EMAEI, a more detailed plan was elaborated with the indication of the lessons/visits to be made and the teachers/children involved.
With the Belgian teachers there will always be someone from the Erasmus team (and if possible from EMAEI) to liaise.
On the reception day, the school anthem will be sung with the collaboration of all classes.
In the different schools, when the visitors arrive, it is important to mobilise the coordinators and teachers so that the different schools are shown by those who know them best!

Foi de braços abertos que o AEIP recebeu sete professoras belgas do ensino especial. Em mobilidade de Job-Shadowing de visita ao nosso Agrupamento, o 1ºdia foi repleto de emoções com uma receção na escola sede feita por vários alunos do 5.º e 6.ºanos.
Após uma mesa redonda para esclarecimento de dúvidas sobre o nosso sistema de ensino e processo de inclusão das crianças e alunos com medidas de inclusão, foi tempo de convívio num almoço agradável preparado pelos docentes da EB 2,3 Irmãos Passos.
De seguida, foi tempo de visitar o JI e EB1 Irmãos Passos, visitar o "Sou Capaz", passar por uma aula de Ensino Articulado e assistir a algumas aulas com meninos de Medidas Adaptadas. Um primeiro dia cheio!
The AEIP welcomed seven Belgian special education teachers with open arms. In Job-Shadowing Mobility to AEIP, the first day was full of emotions with a reception at the main school made by several students from the 5th and 6th grades.
After a round table to clarify doubts about our Educational System and the inclusion process of children and students with inclusion measures, it was time to socialise at a nice lunch prepared by the teachers of EB 2,3 Irmãos Passos.
Afterwards, it was time to visit the kindergarten and EB1 Irmãos Passos, the "Sou Capaz" Club, go to an articulated teaching class and watch some classes with children from Adapted Measures. A packed first day!

No segundo dia de atividades visitamos a EB 2,3 de Custoias. Depois de mais uma calorosa receção musical preparada carinhosamente por uma turma do 6.ºano, as professoras belgas visitaram as instalações da escola e assistiram a várias aulas, testemunhando a integração e a inclusão dos meninos que beneficiam de medidas de adaptação.
Após um almoço tipicamente português, deslocaram-se ao JI e EB1 de Santiago para continuar o trabalho de "Job-Shadowing". Foram várias as salas de aulas em que entraram, sempre bem recebidas pelos nossos alunos, equipa técnica e professores!
No final, foi tempo de mais um momento de reflexão com as convidadas, a simpática coordenadora de escola e equipas EMAEI e ERASMUS.
On the second day of activities, we visited EB 2,3 Custoias. After another warm musical welcome prepared by a 6th-grade class, the Belgian teachers visited the school facilities and attended several classes, witnessing the integration and inclusion of the children who benefit from adaptation measures.
After a typical Portuguese lunch, they went to the kindergarten and EB1 Santiago to continue the Job-Shadowing work. They attended several lessons and were always well-received by our students, technical staff and teachers!
In the end, it was time for another reflection moment at EB Santiago with the guests, the friendly school coordinator, EMAEI and ERASMUS teams.

No último dia de atividades as sete professoras visitaram a EB de Sendim e EB da Lomba. Mais uma vez tiveram oportunidade de testemunhar o trabalho fantástico que as educadoras, as professoras do 1.ºciclo e a equipa técnica tem desenvolvido com as crianças do nosso Agrupamento, sobretudo as que necessitam de uma atenção mais especial.
Fomos muitíssimo bem recebidos nas duas escolas com calor humano, gastronomia típica e numerosos sorrisos nos rostos dos que nos acolheram!
No final, fizemos a avaliação das atividades e perguntamos a estas professoras o que levariam das nossas escolas, se pudessem... a resposta foi: a proximidade que testemunharam entre professores/crianças, professores/professores e professores/assistentes operacionais; o calor humano que se sente no ambiente de todas as escolas que visitaram e a não existência de segregação de crianças "diferentes".
Internacionalização é também o que aconteceu esta semana. É receber e partilhar de braços abertos aquilo que fazemos. E, aos olhos de outros, fazemos muito... e bem!

On the last day of activities, the seven teachers visited EB Sendim and EB Lomba. Once again they had the opportunity to witness the fantastic work that the educators, the primary school teachers and the technical team have been developing with the children of our schools, especially those who need more special attention.
We were very well received in both schools with human warmth, typical food and many smiles on the faces of those who welcomed us!
In the end, we evaluated the activities and asked these teachers what they would take away from our schools if they could... the answer was: the closeness they witnessed between teachers/children, teachers/teachers and teachers/operational assistants; the human warmth felt in the atmosphere of all the schools they visited and the non-segregation of "different" children.
Internationalisation is also what happened during this week. It is receiving and sharing with open arms what we do. And, in the eyes of others, we do a lot... and well!
