There are many other scholarships out there! I only list local scholarships on this website. Feel free to search for other scholarship opportunities! For college/university-specific scholarships, you will need to visit the college/university's website and follow the directions there.

Each scholarship application has different instructions and requirements. Make sure you follow all instructions and include all required attachments. Read carefully!
Eligibility Information - parent/guardian must receive electric service from an Energy Southeast Member utility (Alexander City Light & Power)
To apply online:
Go to https://www.energysoutheast.com/scholarship/ and click "Apply Online."
Follow all instructions in the application and upload any required documentation. The list of required documentation is on the application. (For the transcript, make a request via Parchment. For the ACT scores, you can email me at jhayes@acsk12.net, and I'll print and sign them for you.
To apply with a paper application:
Either print an application at https://www.energysoutheast.com/scholarship/ or pick up an application from Mrs. Hayes. Fill out the application.

Submission instructions:
If submitting via email, compile all documents into one PDF file. You can use the "Notes" app on an iPhone for this. Email the PDF file to scholarships@energysoutheast.com.
If submitting via mail, compile all documents. Mail everything to the following address. If you would like me to mail your application packet, you must submit everything to me by 2/2/27.
