Community Service

• Students who are on the Standard Diploma track are not required to earn community service hours.

• Students who are on the Honors Diploma track must earn 80 total hours of community service before Christmas of their senior year. It is suggested to try to earn 20 hours each year of high school.

Steps for Community Service:

1. Pick up a community service (hard copy) form or print one from the link below. Fill out the hard copy form. Make sure the form includes all required signatures.

2. Take a photo or scan of the hard copy form.

3. Submit the picture/scan on the Community Service Google Form. Make sure you choose the correct Google Form for your graduation year. The Google Forms are in Google Classroom.

4. Keep the hard copy for your records. You may need it for NHS documentation or for scholarships.
