Go to www.myact.org to register for the ACT.
Make sure you choose which colleges/universities you may attend so that your scores can be sent there for free. If you do not choose your colleges/universities upon registration, you will have to pay to have your scores sent later.
Print your admission ticket out before your scheduled testing date.
Follow all instructions about what you need to bring, as well as what items are prohibited.
If you do not have a valid photo ID, contact your counselor at least three days before your test.
ACT Fee Waivers are available for 11th and 12th-grade students who meet one of these indicators of economic need:
Family's total annual income is at or below the USDA levels for free or reduced-price lunches listed on the USDA Food and Nutrition Service (https://www.fns.usda.gov/school-meals/)
Family receives low-income public assistance or lives in federally subsidized public housing
Student or family is enrolled in a federally funded program for the economically disadvantaged (e.g., free or reduced-price lunch program, GEAR UP, or Upward Bound)
Student resides in a foster home, is a ward of the state, or is unhoused
Students can request an ACT Fee Waiver via the Google Form in Mrs. Hayes' Google Classroom. Students must be signed into their acsk12 Google account to access the Google Form.
