Ms. Page and Ms. Sorensen worked with all 24 classroom teachers and all students in grades K-5 to identify, find, evaluate, and use information effectively.

INternet Safety

Ms. Sorensen and Ms. Page model internet safety with all digital lessons. In addition Ms. Sorensen worked with students to synthesize the ACS Student RUA to put it in student language.

Copyright

Ms. Page and Ms. Sorensen integrate copyright lessons into every lesson co-taught with classroom teachers. Correct copyright use is also modeled in teacher provided professional development and when planning with teachers.

Cyberbullying

Ms. Rachel, our school counselor, and Ms. Sorensen, DLT, co-taught cyberbullying lessons for all K-5 classes, 515 students. The lessons emphasized bullying is bullying no matter the media and to make sure students stand up for each other.
