Course Summary: Get ready to build your ideas in 3D! In this class, you’ll explore architecture and construction by learning to measure, dimension, and design with sustainability in mind. Using Autodesk® 3D design software, you’ll create your own affordable housing units, turning your concepts into realistic, shareable projects.

Course Summary: Dive into the world of food and nutrition! In this course, you’ll learn how what we eat affects our health while mastering kitchen skills, meal planning, and sustainable cooking. Discover global cuisines, food systems, and careers in nutrition and wellness, all while practicing time and resource management. Hands-on experiences like job shadowing and field trips make it fun to see how classroom skills connect to real-world food and nutrition careers.
