This industry-backed culinary arts and restaurant management program gives high school students hands-on experience in the kitchen and behind the scenes of the hospitality industry.

ProStart is taught through a two-level curriculum that helps you grow from foundational skills to advanced techniques — all while discovering what the hospitality industry has to offer. Many students even graduate ready to step straight into the workforce and make an impact on day one.
