CTE Courses Offered to 7th Grade AMS Students:

Course Summary: Get ready to invent, experiment, and create something uniquely yours! In this class, you’ll dive into the world of coding and technology to create projects you can actually see, touch, and share! You’ll combine hardware design and software development to bring your ideas to life—building gadgets, coding cool features, and discovering how computer science connects to the real world.
Course Length: Project Lead the Way: Semester-long

Course Summary: Get ready to explore your creativity and learn life skills in this course! You’ll dive into Apparel, discovering what influences clothing choices, trying out basic clothing construction, and seeing how marketing shapes fashion trends. In Interior Design, you’ll explore the principles of designing a space, learn about sustainable design, and practice organizing and managing a living space.
