Hi! I’m Caroline Withrow, a resident of Hendersonville, NC. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte. My passion for CTE began in middle school FACs classes, where we created restaurant concepts, explored recipes, practiced kitchen safety, and served food to students and staff. In high school, I followed the Culinary Arts pathway and competed in FCCLA events, earning a college scholarship. My love for the field has only grown since. A fun fact about me: I’ve worked at Walt Disney World, the US Open, and the Masters Golf Tournament!
