Get ready for an action-packed four-day sporting experience designed to challenge students physically and mentally while building confidence, teamwork, resilience, and leadership.

Students will take part in a variety of sports and athletic development sessions, including strength and conditioning, sports psychology, martial arts, nutrition, fitness testing, padel, lifesaving, and athletic development. Through practical activities and team challenges, students will develop skills such as communication, problem-solving, creative thinking, discipline, and tactical awareness.

The experience will culminate in an exciting team challenge at Overlord Academy, where students will put their physical and teamwork skills to the test through a series of challenges focused on leadership, communication, resilience, and collaboration.
