Our Middle School Viper Venture students will take part in a four-day, hands-on experience designed to introduce them to a range of industries and the skills used in real-world careers.

Throughout the programme, students will explore STEM, Creative Industries, Business & Entrepreneurship, Health & Wellness, and Communication through engaging team challenges, creative projects, problem-solving activities, roleplay, and presentations.

Rather than simply learning about different careers, students will practice the skills themselves. They will develop their ability to think critically, collaborate, communicate clearly, solve problems, be creative, show empathy, and build resilience.

Students will work in small teams and learn directly from industry coaches, who will help them connect each activity to how these skills are used in professional settings. The program is designed to encourage students to try new things, learn from mistakes, and discover how their interests and strengths can connect to future career possibilities.
