The Sir Bani Yas experience is open to Middle School students of all grade levels. Students participating on this four-day trip in the UAE will camp with friends on the shores of the Arabian Gulf on Sir Bani Yas. They will enjoy water-based activities such as a raft-building competition, snorkeling and fish identification, as well as time in the water by the beach learning survival skills.
On top of this, students will connect with the heritage of the UAE, learning traditional Areesh (shelter building) techniques and Shasha (boat building) construction.
On land, students will leave an ACS legacy by planting mangroves and doing a beach clean up. Last but not least, no trip to Sir Bani Yas would be complete without the famous Jeep Safari, to see giraffe, cheetah, rock hyrex, gazelle and much more wildlife.
