We frequently receive questions regarding refunds in the event of student illness or unexpected trip cancellations. While no insurance policy or travel arrangement can guarantee a full refund under every circumstance, please be assured that the school will always act in the best interest of our families. Should a trip be disrupted or a student be unable to attend due to illness, our team will make every possible effort to recover refundable funds from third-party vendors (such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators) to reimburse affected families. Our travel insurance policy serves as an added layer of support to help offset qualifying costs that are not recoverable through vendors. Should a travel delay result in unexpected extra expenses, our team will seek all recoverable funds from travel providers, with our insurance policy helping to cover qualifying additional costs where applicable.
