To avoid any technical issues, and to ensure that you can be placed into your correct Zoom breakout room at the appropriate time, please make sure you have installed the latest version of ZOOM. https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362233-Upgrade-update-to-the-latest-version
Devices: It might be useful to use either a SPLIT SCREEN function or multiple devices, if you have them available. You might want to use one device (or monitor) dedicated to the ZOOM meeting and a second device dedicated to GOOGLE, Canvas, etc. so that you can see and add information when needed. We realize that not everyone has this option.
