Currently, the specified teachers below in Cohort 4 Group are eligible to earn a TIA designation. Eligible teachers must be coded as "087" (Full Time Teacher) in PEIMS. All eligible teaching assignments must have no less than 5 students in their data collection group. All teachers in the eligible teacher group must be observed in the Cohort 4 data collection year2025-2026
