Phone Charging Stations

There are three in-library phone charging stations for Micros USB, USB-C and Lightening Bolt phones in the back of the Library for student use.

Student must stay in the Library while charging their phone. Note: the Library will not be held responsible for lost or damaged phones while at the charging station.

Printers

Students must bring their Chromebooks in order to print in the library.

There are three black and white printers available in the library. Two are in the front of Library - 1 is double sided, 1 is single sided only.  One is at the Reference Desk which is single sided only.  There is no color printer for student use in the library at this time.

Printing is available via the USB cable that is attached to these printers. Plug it into your Chromebook so it detects the printer. If you have trouble finding the printer or your printout is more than 20 pages, please see a staff member if you need help.

Scanner

There are 3 methods you may use to scan your documents. See this document from Ms. Foley for more information.

Scanning may also be done from the copier at the front of the library to your email. Please see a librarian if you need.

There are two networks at ABRHS. All school issued Chromebooks and staff laptops connect automatically to the AB-Secure network on startup. If you get disconnected, please see a Library staff member or a Help Desk staff member to get reconnected. Help Desk Hours: Monday - Thursday  9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., | Friday  9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
