I'm Breon Bradley, the founder and CEO of ABCD Virtual Assistant. My journey to this point is quite unique. To date, I’ve had 64 W-2 jobs, often juggling two or three roles simultaneously. While I rarely get bored with jobs, I deeply appreciate good structure, proper systems, and efficient processes. My extensive experience across various industries and positions has provided me with a wealth of knowledge and a solid foundation to understand what it takes to run a successful business. After seeing things from the employee's perspective, I realized that becoming a business owner was my most viable option. Now, I leverage everything I’ve learned to find solutions to your everyday business challenges with 100% confidence.

My vision is straightforward: I aim to help drive your company to become more organized and efficient using standard operating procedures, also known as systems and processes. Even though I’m not a forever solution, my goal for ABCD Virtual Assistant is to build it out, enabling me to have support staff under me while we continue to develop low-maintenance business ideas like car washes and laundromats, where support staff is equally vital.

My philosophy is simple. When I’m available, you will get every ounce of effort I have. I believe in work-life balance. On the days I have my son, I choose the flexibility of being a business owner to be more present with him. On those days, you might get 50-60% of my focus, but on days when I don’t have him, you will get 120%. This consistency and attitude allow us both to thrive together, helping your business grow.
