An advertisement is geared towards promoting and/or selling a public figure, a product, a business, a service, a design or even be used as popular entertainment. In this category, the students must produce a video and use adequate marketing strategies such logo design, sound design, catchphrases, slogans, repetitions, different camera shot types and movements to grab the audience's attention in a short length of time. For a video to compete in this category, it should last no less than 30 seconds, and no more than 3 minutes in length, to use this time to explain and/or demonstrate the design, service or product, using eye-catching methods. The videos in this category must be advertising a real product, business, service or design, so this is the ideal category for any educational videos submitted for STEAM Fest Projects of 2021.
