Our Golden Rules
Celebrating Success
Every week, Miss Verling hosts our Virtual Assembly. During this time, she awards our Golden Spoon, Class of the Week and Golden Table seats for the week.

Golden Spoon
The Golden Spoon award is issued weekly to a class that have demonstrated excellence within the Golden Rules and Tullos Values during lunchtimes in the dining hall, specifically their use of table manners, clearing their place and respecting others.
The winning class is given a piece of fruit per child, and they get to keep the Golden Spoon trophy for the week.
Golden Table
Golden tickets are awarded to children who are showing excellence within our Golden Rules. Tickets are placed into the Golden Box and five names are drawn at random during our weekly assembly.
The five children chosen get to sit at the Golden Table that lunch time. This means they get to sit at a special table, with fancy plates and glasses and go first for their lunch as a reward for positive behaviour.
Each child gets to take a friend with them to share the experience.
Class of the Week
The Class of the Week is awarded to the class who have been showing exceptional effort within their learning and has demonstrated excellence within the Four Capacities.
Confident Individuals
Successful Learners
Responsible Citizens
Effective Contributors
Class teachers and PSAs have the opportunity to nominate a class throughout the week with the winner being revealed during assembly time.
The winning class receives the Class of the Week trophy and a reward of extra play time.
Golden Brush
This award comes from our Art Specialist Mr Laing.
Each week Mr Laing picks two 'Artists of the Week' - one from P1-3 and one from P4-7.
These children receive the 'Golden Brush' Trophy to keep in class for the week, as well as a special Golden Pencil that they get to keep.
