It’s that time of year again and I am looking for some parents to join us on the Parent Council. We’re delighted to invite you to our first Annual General Meeting, which will take place on Thursday 4th September at 3:15pm. Everyone is warmly welcome to attend.
During the meeting, we will be voting in four elected committee members and welcoming additional volunteers who are interested in supporting school events, fundraising, and overall school improvement.
Since I first joined Tullos, the progress we’ve made together in such a short time has been remarkable. The dedication of our staff, families, and wider community has been truly inspiring. We have many exciting ideas to further enhance our inclusive, high-quality learning environment—and to make them a reality, we need your support!
We look forward to seeing you there and continuing this journey together. Please let me know if you are able to attend so I have an approximate idea of numbers.
Thank you so much,
Miss Verling

Terrific Tullos Event – A Wonderful Evening for All!
On Thursday, 16th June, the Tullos children and their families came together for our Terrific Tullos event—and what a fantastic evening it was! We were thrilled to welcome over 200 attendees to our school field, where a variety of fun-filled activities awaited, all with literacy at the heart of the celebration.
Families enjoyed a delightful mix of burgers, books, and a bouncy castle, creating a joyful atmosphere for all ages. The sun shone brightly, adding to the cheerful vibe, and we’re proud to share that we even raised a little money to support our brand-new school library!
Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening such a success!
Thank you for your Support

The children thoroughly enjoyed learning about different ships they have worked with, how metals are sorted and their visit to the yard to see some of the machines. There was even a dog in the office called Kite who adored saying hello to the children! The committee are looking forward to sharing what they learned during assembly next week.
