Hidar had Garioch Mini meet 7-11 years old at Inverurie swimming pool. Hidar got 3 silver medals in his age group for backcrawl, butterfly and frontcrawl stokes! We couldn't be more prouder of Hidar, he put all his effort to train hard and prove he is one of the best swimmers in his age group.

Demi-Leigh has recently become a little Miss United Kingdom finalist and will be competing in her first ever beauty pageant in England! If she gets the title, Demi-Leigh will travel to America next year to compete for a Miss Scotland title!
Well done Demi-Leigh and Good Luck for the pageant, we are sure you will do great!
Over the summer holidays Alana has learned how to ride her bike without stabilisers! We are so proud of you Alana as we know how scared you were, to try without them; this is a huge achievement overcoming your fear! We are also very pleased to hear that you are being responsible when riding your bike to school and enjoying your independence.

Dylan has been training really hard at football training and has been playing in football festivals around Aberdeen and Shire scoring loads of goals and gaining loads of confidence.

STAGE SUPERSTAR!
We are very proud of Amelia who performed in the amateur production of The Little Mermaid from 25th to 28th June 2025. Amelia attends AEA Musical Theatre classes at Aberdeen Expressive Arts Productions.

At the Aberdeen Dolphins Dash at the Aquatics Centre, Aberdeen, Hidar, in age group 9-11 years, won Gold medal in front crawl, silver medal in back crawl, and 2 bronze medals in breaststroke and butterfly!!

Well done to Miss Williamson and team who completed the Aberdeen Kiltwalk Wee Wander on Sunday 1st June from Cults Academy to Duthie Park in an hour and 20 mins. Between the group they raised an astonishing £897 for Shared Parenting Scotland!

Miss Sinclair is a barbershop singer and has recently competed with her chorus and her quartet at the Sweet Adelines Quartet of Nations Regional Competition in Sheffield.
This was her quartet’s first regional competition within the international organisation and they placed 6th out of 21 competitors.
Her chorus then went on to medal in 5th position the following day.
Miss Sinclair also recently qualified as a Certified Musical Director and was presented on stage with her official certificate from Sweet Adelines International.

Amalee won the highest of achievement and was awarded 2 gold medals in both her categories!

Congratulations to Miss Sinclair, who has been appointed as the Assistant Musical Director of Aberdeen Chorus of Sweet Adelines.
Miss Sinclair and her team went to compete as the UK representative in the Sweet Adeline International Semi-Final in Kansas City in the United States at the end of October 2024. They came 29th in the WHOLE WORLD! Well done!!
Congratulations to Mr Laing who ran a marathon last weekend. Out of 9000 runners, he finished in the top third of all participants - a great feat!
Congratulations to Miss Evans and Mrs Morrison who recently completed the Aberdeen Kiltwalk
Miss Evans raised an amazing £830 for Diabetes UK, and Ms Morrison was fundraising for the Mental Health Foundation.
