There's something for everyone from gentle exercise for older or less mobile participants, to something more vigorous, there is a class for people with Parkinsons or similar mobility restrictive conditions, ballet, tap, general dance, pilates and stretching and conditioning.

Being stuck indoors with children doing Coronavirus childcare is a challenge, so we want to do our little bit to help. To begin with, we have made thirty Songs’n’Stories absolutely FREE to all of you as downloads (on PC & laptop), half of which are aimed at 5-7 year olds, half for 7-11+. Enjoy!
