Mindful Moments

Take some time every to do some of these activities to help you keep a healthy mind:

  • 30 minutes of yoga

  • Listen to your favourite music

  • Go for a walk

  • Write down something good that happened

  • Facetime with family

  • Try a 5 minute meditation

  • Have a screen (phone, tablet, TV) free night

  • Do something outside

  • Read for 20 minutes

  • Perform a random act of kindness
