Another hugely inspiring weekend with Scottish Opera in Glasgow.
Day One focused on vocal rehearsals for the 4 opera choruses we will perform in May, followed by an opportunity to meet the set and costume designers for their latest production "The Great Wave" and then the chance to watch the stage and orchestra rehearsal of this production.
DatyTwo focused on more vocal learning, deeper work on technique and more rehearsals of our 4 choruses. Delighted to spend time with ACMS alumnus Robert Forrest who is currently part of Scottish Opera's latest production.
Conducted by Douglas and a soprano solo from Athena.
Delighted to be invited to take part in the Thursday lunchtime concerts at the Cowdray Hall.
At the end of term James & Heather were delighted to perform at the Portsoy Salmon Bothy. brilliant musicianship, great commitment, and a fantastic way to end the term.
In the run-up to Christmas, our conductor Douglas was delighted to have been asked to conduct choirs around the city, from a Carols by Candlelight service, to Midnight Mass and Christmas Day service. An amazing opportunity and lovely to have been included.
Delighted to be back at the Cowdray Hall as part of their lunchtime concert programme. A medley of music from Bach to Burgmuller, Monti, Sor and Liszt.

Freyja and Willow were delighted to take part in Sound Scotland's Go Compose Course at the Phoenix Centre, learning a lot about composing and creating some beautiful music.
Delighted to share that Douglas has been appointed Treble Choir Trainer at St Andrew's Cathedral Church.
