2019 - 2020
On Friday, October 4th, members of the NEW Apple Corps walked several Richmond Elementary students to school for Walk a Kid to School Day. The kids played catch with the robots and learned how they worked. It was a fun day! Click here for more pics of the event.
Our October 10th meeting was relocated to Badger Sports Park for a fun evening of team bonding. While our teachers were at parent-teacher conferences at school, the students and other mentors had an evening of go-karting, mini-golf, laser tag, and VR fun. It was a great way to get to know the new members of the team. Thanks to all who came out to play!
Appleton FLL Tournaments
This fall the NEW Apple Corps is hosting two FIRST LEGO League qualifying tournaments - the Appleton Regional and the Appleton Sectional Tournament. These events are free and open to the public. Stop in and see the amazing things our young people are doing with STEM and robotics.
