For information regarding the status of your students' parental consent verification, please speak with your DC or assigned admin.
Teachers can go manually through every student in PowerSchool. However, a PowerSchool admin will be able to pull a report into a spreadsheet.
Online Resource Software App Form-Admin Report Directions.pdf
(Page 1 talks about the setup of the report and page 2 talks about running the report for a specific group of students.)
After following the directions on page 1 for setting up the report.
Next, pull a CS02 for the school out of PowerSchool.
Filter the CS02 spreadsheet and only keep the classes/sections where the parental consent form needs to be completed.
Once the report is filtered and non-applicable classes/sections removed, copy and paste all the SIF number into Multi-select on the PowerSchool start page and click search. This will give you a list of all students on the screen. (Page 2 of the PDF document above, covers this in a high-level overview)
From there they can run the Form Report and change the Filter Data option in the Ecollect report to:
“Current Selection Nonresponders” to see who hasn’t responded, or
"Current Selection Responders to see who has responded.
