AACPS students and teachers have access to Pathful via Classlink. Pathful offers lessons, virtual guest speakers, career databases, employability resources and interest surveys. Learn more about how to use it with your students by exploring the resources below or reaching out to the CTE office.

• Watch a brief overview of the Pathful: Employability resources (includes resume builder, cover letter and thank you notes)

• Training; Pathful offers both recorded videos and live virtual training sessions on how to use Pathful in your classroom

• Interest surveys for career paths based on interests, work values, personality and skills. To access: Log into Pathful > "My Tracker" > "Assessment Progress" > select a survey and click "Start Now"

• Select ready-made lessons in the areas of Careers, Work-based Learning, or Employability. Lessons are assigned directly to students within Pathful, most lessons are between 15 and 30 minutes. To access: Log into Pathful > "Career"/"Work-based Learning"/"Employability" > "Lessons" > Preview lesson by clicking "Preview" or assign lesson by clicking "Assign"

One Pagers - AVID Strategy 

The “One-Page Report: Poster Activity” combines visual and textual elements. Because information 

from the text is presented in manageable parts, this activity becomes accessible to a wide range of students. 

It also works well as a change of pace.

Completer Information

If a student takes Intro to Eng. Design (IED) or Principles of Eng. (POE) as their basic tech credit for graduation, then it does not count towards the 4 credits needed to complete the Engineering pathway completer. Students would still need to take an additional 4 courses, beyond IED or POE, to be a completer.
