Forms

Please open all of the forms (make sure to download so they print correctly). Complete and return the following forms with your child as soon as you can: Class Directory (information will be shared with all families to be used for play dates, birthday invitations, etc.), Classroom Discipline Policy (please acknowledge that you understand the classroom expectations), and Parent Volunteer Sign Up. If they are not done by Back to School Night I will have you complete them when you're there. Thank you!
