This site is dedicated to factory 406 and 427 full size Mercurys. So why am I showing the Barris built 1964 Super Marauder show car? Because it started life as a production 1964 Mercury Park Lane convertible with a 427 4V. Further review of the documents leads me to believe that this Park Lane convertible is a different car than the red one on the cover of Motor Trend. This car has an antenna and the other doesn't, and I believe this car probably had a black interior.
