HPI: 16 year old boy hit in the head with a baseball. He denies loss of consciousness.

1. What is your clinical differential diagnosis?
- Patients with significant head trauma should be evaluated for intracranial hemorrhage and skull fractures.
- Intracranial hemorrhage may occur within the brain parenchyma or within one of the spaces external to the brain parenchyma (epidural, subdural and subarachnoid space).
