Central School Green Team

The Green Team LOVES partnering up with Skype with a Scientist! Every month there's a live stream of a presentation by a scientist! Our students get to ask questions and hear other students' questions from around the country.

In October we learned about salamanders with organismal biologist Jonathan Huie. Dr. Huie  is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of California Irvine, who received his PhD from George Washington University in DC. He studies a wide range of animals from tree-climbing salamanders to deep sea fish. Watch the whole Skype below!

Green Team is kicking off the school year with our annual Environemental Awareness Week! There's something for everyone to start being GREEN! For Monday's challenge, check out our webcams here! Stay Green Foxes!
