Mayors, Select Board Members and Manager and Administrators,
The Berkshire Regional Planning Commission (BRPC) bylaws require that you be notified and provided a copy of proposed bylaw amendments when BRPC intends to amend its bylaws. Approval of amendments to (BRPC) bylaws will be on the agenda for the upcoming BRPC meeting, to be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 16, 2019 in the BRPC conference room at our offices at 1 Fenn Street in Pittsfield. A summary of the changes that are proposed and a copy of the proposed amended bylaws are attached.
