I participated in the Chamber's workshop on Short-Term rentals at the beginning of the month. It was well attended and there appeared to be interest in the requirements of the new state law. The Chamber organized a good panel and I learned a few things as well that I hadn't realized had been part of the law. We continue to monitor the variety of issues associated with this new law as they work through state and local governments.
