to participate in the North Berkshire Economic Summit to be held Saturday, July 16 at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. This summit will bring together business professionals, educators and government officials to connect, exchange information and views to strengthen our regional economy.
Joining us will be:
· Jay Ash Secretary of Housing and Economic Development for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for the Baker-Polito Administration
· Mark Maloy, Berkshire Regional Planning
· John Hockridge, Berkshire Education Taskforce
· Peter Larkin, Special Advisor to the Secretary & MBI Board Chair
After Q and A with the presenters, attendees are asked to break-out into two facilitated groups; Business/Government partnerships and Education/Workforce development for conversations. Bring your ideas.
The conversation facilitators include:

· Heather P. Boulger Executive Director Berkshire Regional Employment Board
· Dr. Jake Eberwine, Dean of Graduate and Continuing Education MCLA
We will reconvene to summarize the ideas participants shared and set our next steps.
