Graylyn has 85 unique guestrooms in five buildings on an historical estate.
The Manor House, Mr. & Mrs. Gray’s original home, holds 34 guestrooms including Mr. & Mrs. Gray’s Suites and one estate suite. The 3rd floor, which was originally an attic, has been converted to guestrooms and was renovated in March 2017. Guests can check in/out at the Manor House and enjoy drinks in the Grille Room. The Manor House also houses our kitchen and several meeting spaces. Many weddings take place in the White Garden outside the Atlantis Room.
The Bernard Cottage, which was where the Grays lived while the Manor House was being built, has nine guest rooms in which one is an estate suite. It has one meeting space. The Bernard Cottage was named after Benjamin Bernard, Nathalie Gray’s second husband. She lived in the cottage until her death in 1961.
The Bungalows is a cottage which has three guestrooms with outside access, one of which is an estate suite. This building backs up to a portion of the elements course.
The Gardener’s Cottage has four guestrooms with a common area.
The Mews, which was the original stables and poultry farm on our property, has 35 guestrooms which includes three Premium Suites and three Estate Suites. Guests can also check in/out at the Mews in our Keeping Room and there is also a fitness center. Our largest meeting room is located in the Mews as well as four breakout rooms. Therose garden at the Mews is reserved for receptions and special events.
The Management House does not have guestrooms but does house four meeting rooms that have flexible tables/chairs, a wall painted with “idea paint” for dry-erase markers and bright colors to stimulate creativity. Accounting, Sales, Reservations and Executive Offices are all located in the Management House.
