Delta Kappa Gamma is offering a scholarship to women who will enter the teaching profession. An application and written portion are required for the scholarship, which has a deadline of February 22, 2026.
Iowa Retired School Personnel Association (IRSPA) has a scholarship called Parent in Heaven Balance Scholarship. It is for students who have lost a parent or guardian anytime in their life and are now seniors in high school. They are giving out six $1000 scholarships, one in each of their districts and the deadline to apply is March 1, 2026.
Aureon Network Services Scholarship Program offers scholarships valued at $1,000 - $3,000 each. Applicants should plan to pursue a STEM related field and have home service from an Independent Telecommunications Company, as well as apply by the deadline of March 1, 2026.
Iowa Automobile Dealers Foundation for Education offers funds for students going into an auto related field, such as technician training, body shop/collision repair, diesel, new vehicle sales, parts sales, accounting, or business administration. Applications are due March 1, 2026.

Ducks Unlimited offers scholarships $500 - $10,000 to students who are members of Ducks Unlimited. Commitment to wetlands conservation is part of the application consideration and the deadline to apply is March 1, 2026.
The National Press Club Scholarship offers several scholarship awards to students who will enter a career in journalism. Awards amounts and requirements vary but the all have a deadline of March 1, 2026.
The IRSPA scholarship is available for students who have lost a parent or legal guardian. The scholarship is valued at $1,000 and students apply based on their district. Students who live in one county but attend school in another county may choose which district to apply to. The deadline to apply is March 1, 2026.
The Print & Graphics Scholarship Foundation allows students to use their creative skills to create posters, stickers, t-shirts, or boxes. The deadline to apply for each type of contest is March 12, 2026. Note that under the website's "Students" tab there are options to apply for contests or scholarships with different deadlines.
Friendship Haven Memorial Foundation offers funds through 2 scholarships to students entering a health or social services field as well as funds through 2 scholarships that do not specify needing to enter a health or social services field. The NEW Cooperative Agricultural Scholarship will award approximately 10 scholarships valued at $2,000 each. First Friday Breakfast Club offers 20 scholarships this year in the value of $3,000 each to students who have increased awareness and tolerance of LGBTQ+ individuals. The deadline to apply is March 15, 2026.
2026 Spirit of Chandy Academic Scholarship awards up to 21 Iowa students up to $1,000 per year. Academics, character, leadership, and honors and awards are part of the consideration for the scholarship, which has a deadline of March 23, 2026.
The Superpower Scholarship is valued at $2,500 to answer a short essay about superheroes or villains. The deadline to apply is March 31, 2026.
The SFM Foundation Scholarship Opportunity awards scholarships up to $15,000 per year to students whose parents were killed or seriously injured in a workplace accident while working for Minnesota or Iowa employers. The deadlines to apply is March 31, 2026.

The Ann Griffel Scholarship offers funds in the amount of $2,000 to female golfers with a background in golf. The deadline to apply is March 31, 2026.
Together We Rise offers funds to a student who resides in Palo Alto County. $250 is distributed during first semester after verification of enrollment and the other $250 is awarded during second semester. The deadline to apply is March 31, 2026.
The Ag Coop Safety Leaders of Iowa Scholarship is intended for students who will further their career in an agricultural or safety related field. Five scholarships valued at $1,000 each will be awarded and the deadline to apply is April 1, 2026.
The Brian Pearson Memorial Scholarship awards one $1,000 award to one male and one female. Iowa Games participation and character will be considered, as well as other characteristics listed on the website. Applications are due April 1, 2026.
The Palo Alto County Hospital Auxiliary Scholarship is for students who will go into a medical or health related field. There is a GPA requirement, essay, letters of recommendation, and more. If an applicant has taken college credit courses, a transcript from the college is needed in addition to the high school transcript. Iowa Lakes Electric Cooperative offers funds to dependents of ILEC. Please read the details of that scholarship opportunity here and here since you are required to attend an annual meeting, which you RSVP to by April 3, 2026.
Kossuth Regional Health Center Auxiliary offers a scholarship of $500 and a certificate to a graduating senior who demonstrates volunteerism. You are not required to enter a healthcare field to be eligible, and the deadline to apply is April 17, 2026.

The Pearl Hull Falk Scholarship offers a $5,000 scholarship to a student who is of a Protestant faith, resident of Iowa, and will attend the University of Iowa. Recipients of the funds must include at least one who is a member of an Episcopal church and at least one who is a young man showing interest and promise in banking. The deadline to apply is May 1, 2026.

The Eugene F. & Agatha E. Forey Nursing Scholarship offers financial support to students who will study in the nursing field. Applicants complete the local scholarship cover letter and application. The Patsy Wirtz Memorial Fine Arts Scholarship is offered to a WBM graduating student who has participated in music, drama, dance, or art. There is a short essay as part of the application and the local scholarship cover letter is also required. Materials should be turned in to Mrs. Sulentic, in person, by 3:30pm on May 1, 2026.
Kossuth County Driftskippers Keith Grimm Memorial Scholarship is offered to students at 3 high schools, including WBM. An essay on what snowmobiling means to you is part of the application, which is due May 1, 2026.
