Student is continually exposing undergarments (bra, underwear, etc.)
Student is continually immodest or wearing revealing clothing
Saggy Pants problem
Continually not dressing out for PE
Mutilated Clothing to the point of being revealing
Wearing a Hat on school grounds
Gang Apparel
Extreme - causing a distraction
