Cleveland Clinic Summer Internship Program

• Cleveland Clinic is providing high school students (grades 9-12th) paid internship programs that provide an engaging, real-world work experience and professional learning opportunities. The Advanced Technology Summer Internship program includes advanced technology pathways such as: artificial intelligence (AI), biomedical engineering, computing sciences, cybersecurity, and more. Please note that the Advanced Technology Summer Internship seems to be the only program available to students in Portage county.

John Carroll University - Young Writers Workshop (YWW)

• Open to 8th - 12th graders, YWW provides an introduction to the art of poetry and short fiction. This week long summer camp is located at John Carroll University from July 22nd - July 26th, 2024.

Learning About Business (LAB)

• Learning About Business (LAB) is a nonprofit organization that runs a week-long summer camp for high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors to learn the basics of running a business from both the corporate and entrepreneurial perspectives. This camp is held at the Lake Erie College in Painesville, OH from June 16th - June 21st, 2024.
