It shall be the duty of this committee to perform, not less than annually, a review of the University Faculty Assembly’s Constitution and Bylaws, and make recommendations to the Senate for their revisions, if appropriate. It shall develop, for consideration of the Faculty Senate and Assembly positions relative to faculty representation on all standing University and School of Medicine committees. Its positions and deliberations will be presented to the Faculty Senate and through that body after appropriate action to the University Faculty Assembly. The Constitution and Bylaws Committee will also propose and/or develop constitutional amendments.
