This committee is responsible for reviewing the Faculty Assembly’s Constitution and Bylaws at least once a year and recommending any needed changes to the Faculty Senate. It also develops recommendations about how faculty should be represented on University and School of Medicine committees. The committee shares its recommendations with the Faculty Senate, which then brings them to the full Faculty Assembly for action. In addition, the committee can draft and propose amendments to the Constitution.
